The vaccination requirement is a necessary step. I stand with Superintendent Matthews in his directive. We know vaccinations are the greatest factor in protecting against COVID. I am heartened to see the progress we are all making toward our first day back together. We need to be focused on education recovery as well as addressing mental health and emotional supports for our students. A fully vaccinated staff is a critical part to creating a safe learning environment.
